Own your Auto Scheme

During the year 2015-16, the Government of Telangana introduced a need based scheme for the Minorities Economic Support by name “Own Your Auto Scheme” to poor and eligible minorities in GHMC limits of Hyderabad & Rangareddy Districts through Telangana State Minorities Finance Corporation (TSMFC). These will be small three wheeler with three seating capacity Auto Rickshaws run on Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG)/ Compressed Natural Gas (CNG).

Eligibility Criteria

1. The Applicant shall be native of Telangana State
2. Resident of GHMC area only
3. The applicant shall belong to Minority Communities
4. Applicant shall posses a valid three Wheeler Driving License.
5. The applicant should not be already in possession of Auto Rickshaw Permit.
6. The age limit of the applicant shall be between 21 to 55 years.
7. The annual income of the applicant shall not exceed Rs.2,00,000/-

 

Under Own Your Auto Scheme, the Corporation has released Three Wheeler Autos for (1744) Minority beneficiaries with 50% Subsidy and Balance 50% is Bank Loan.
